A Novel Approach for Residential Neighborhoods’ Electricity Demand in Iraq Distribution Power Grids

In Baghdad City's distribution power grid, a massive number of 630 kV transformers (DTs) are used in residential neighborhoods. Each DT is joined to nine low-voltage 0.415 feeders. feeder has designated size 1 × 240 mm 2 and specified dwellings (N = 30) fixed the initial design stage. The feeders set with no change. this investigation, we use new approach for modeling electricity demand neighborhoods City overcome constraint by finding optimum same feeder. Two sets experimental equations created compute that required be multi-gradient particle swarm optimization algorithm as an tool handle these equations. Results show each can loaded 50 instead 30 due diversity among dwellings. Several facts about load profile characteristics Iraq established.
